HOW TO BUY
To place your order online for the first time you have to register, a simple process in which you will be asked for a username (your email), a password, your billing details and shipping address (the more complete this information is with contact telephone number and delivery schedule, the easier it will be later to be delivered by the transport agency). For subsequent purchases, you will only have to remember your username and password to make the purchase faster.
The checkout process is easy and intuitive. You can browse our online catalogue, displaying the different categories in the main menu where you have filters to improve the search or find the article directly in the search engine by typing the name, reference, measurement or any word related to it. Once you have chosen the chosen article, you will be able to find complete information about it: photos, applications, technical sheets, approvals and different downloadable documentation.
Once you choose the item you want to purchase, select the quantity (I remind you that the minimum sale quantity per reference is the quantity that is included in a complete package, we do not open boxes) and click on “Buy”. This way you will have added the item to your basket and you can do the same process to add the following ones.
At the top right you will find the icon of your basket, which you can check at any time, empty its content, delete products individually or make any last-minute changes. In addition, we offer you the option of requesting a personalized quote if you need large quantities. Finally, to process your order, click on “Checkout”.
The system will guide you through your billing information, payment method, and order details to complete your purchase. Once finished, you will receive an email with the confirmation of your order and another with the confirmation of payment. If for any reason you do not receive this message, please contact us through the hola@todoanclajes.com email or through the chat on the website, indicating the order number.
All available items will be shipped within a maximum of 48-72 hours from payment confirmation. In case the product is not in stock, todoanclajes.com will inform you of the deadline by WhatsApp or email. If there is a delay in the delivery time of a product for any reason beyond our control, we will let you know as quickly as possible so that you can decide what to do. All this process of tracking orders, checking invoices or order history, can be done from the My Account area at the bottom of the page.
